    Random AQL Inspection

    • Random AQL quality inspection means random selection and QC inspection in China or Asia of a few dozens or hundreds of pieces out of your full order quantity
    • It can be performed either at the beginning, the middle, or the end of production
    • According to the results of the report, you'll have an estimation of the overall quality of your goods
    • It can be performed in China, Vietnam, Cambodia or Thailand
    • It usually only requires a single inspector to be completed (sometimes but rarely two)

    Full 100% Inspection

    • 100% inspection means we inspect each and every piece of your order one by one
    • 100% quality inspection allows you to make sure there is no quality issue whatsoever in your products and full order . This is the Best and Most Thorough product inspection you can perform.
    • It is most commonly performed at the end of the production
    • It can be performed in China, Vietnam, Cambodia or Thailand
    • It usually requires a team of multiple inspectors to be completed, and it can take a few consecutive days depending on your order quantity

    Factory audit

    • A factory audit is a 1 day on-site visit of the factory. The purpose of a factory audit is to check multiple aspects of that China or Asia factory to understand if they are reliable and can deliver to you quality products and orders smoothly (is the supplier legally sound, do they have the experience , good product capacity & internal quality control )
    • Along with the audit report, we provide clear videos of the factory
    • It is usually performed before you start working with an Asia factory. It can be performed after if you've never visited it yourself and want to know who you are working with

  • Quality Inspection Process : How It Works

    1

    Inspection Booking

    Fill out our booking form. Enter supplier contact, order specifications, choose inspection date, define checkpoints. It's super easy & fast, it takes 5 to 8 minutes

    Supplier appointment

    After we receive your booking instructions, we contact your supplier, set the inspection date and prepare the inspection report template. Then we pass all the inspection instructions to our inspector.

    Inspection can be performed as fast as 48 hours after your booking, if supplier is ready.

    Inspection performed

    At the agreed date with your Asia supplier, we perform the inspection. Inspection starts in the morning, finishes late afternoon and then our inspector write the reports in the evening.

    4

    Payment & Report

    You perform the payment and we release the report. Inspector's report is reviewed one last time the morning after the inspection by our office coordination team and then available for customers around noon Asia time.
